The Grove

The Grove is a master-planned, 1,280-acre lakefront community conveniently located off Highway 19/41, north of Hampton. Located just 22 miles from downtown Atlanta, the community proposes to include over 7,000 residential units, including single-family, townhome and multifamily complexes to support a diverse range of future residents. The Grove would offer an additional 2 million square feet of commercial space, including retail, hotel, and multi-use commercial/office space.

In addition to housing and commercial space, the project plans to dedicate 150 acres to parks, trails and open space, ensuring connectivity between residential and commercial uses. A new fire department and police precinct have also been proposed to be constructed on land donated by Geosam Capital.
