Geosam is proud to announce the successful rezoning of 165+ Acres of raw land in Griffin, GA.
Originally slated for another phase of the existing Coldwater Creek subdivision, these parcels are now planned for a completely new development, Iris Pointe. The rezoning changed the zoning classification from LDR-B, Low Density Residential, to PRD, Planned Residential Development. This will take the original entitlement of roughly 160 single family lots to 250 total lots that are comprised of both single family lots and condo lots. In addition to the lot increase, Geosam is slated to give amenities to the development with the highlight being a community park with lots of greenspace, a playground, a pavilion as well as a dog park and over 2 miles of community trails.
Geosam would like to announce that we have sold all three phases of the development off of Brooks Road in Gwinnett County.
This development consisted of a total of 300 future lots between all three phases.
Geosam is proud to announce the ground-breaking on a new phase of the development, Mallory Park, in the City of South Fulton.
This community is designed and being developed for 134 townhome lots. The lots are expected to be delivered by Q3 2022.
